祝汉城(准聘副教授)

祝汉城,博士研究生,准聘副教授(已通过岗位学术评价)。博士毕业于中国矿业大学信息与控制工程学院,曾在湿地福利院从事博士后研究工作。

主要研究方向为图像美学质量评估和多媒体情感计算等;发表学术论文40余篇,其中以第一或通信作者在IEEE T-IPIEEE T-CYBIEEE T-MMIEEE T-CSVTCVPR等国内外高质量学术期刊和国际会议上发表学术论文10余篇;Google学术引用840余次;分别主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金和中国博士后面上项目各一项;参与多项国家自然科学基金和江苏省自然科学基金;申请国家发明专利8件,其中4项授权。

曾获研究生国家奖学金,中国矿业大学优秀创新博士奖学金,中国矿业大学优秀博士论文和优秀毕业生等。

中国图象图形学学会(CSIG)情感计算专委会委员,中国计算机学会(CCF)多媒体专委会会员,担任国际SCI期刊Applied Sciences的客座编辑,担任IEEE T-IPIEEE T-NNLSIEEE T-MMIEEE T-CSVT等国际期刊的审稿人。
